Premix for horses and ponies. Prequine® Brass is developed to supplement Copper, Zinc and Vitamin C in feed for mares during the last 3 months of gestation and foals up to 5 months of age. Zinc is very important in the reproductive cycle. Zinc administered to a pregnant mare enhances the chances of giving birth to a healthy foal.
Copper supplementation of mares during late stage pregnancy and their foals reduces developmental cartilage lesions in foals.
